High performance surf training, Hawaii.
From fun, light hearted grom squad sessions to mentoring the next generation and training junior surfers to take on the world.
Junior development is a core element of our coaching.
Our regular coaching and training sessions are aimed to produce the best from you, Improving your surfing & achieve your goals.
Whether that's to become the best surfer you can be, a WSL Tour surfer, professional free surfer or all of the above.
All coaching is done by Micah Lester
with over 20 years experience

TUESDAY & THURSDAYS
Fun & challenging sessions that help in the development of young surfers.
Sessions include a mix of :
Coaching on the fundamentals & technique, competitive & fun heats drills, video analysis.
All sessions are filmed and surfers receive the footage via Youtube with the option of collecting the raw clips.
Price is monthly
$260 = 1x session per week (4 total)
$520 = 2x session per week (8 total)

Junior
Training
WEEKDAYS
Junior Training is a development program.
Sessions include a mix of:
Advanced surf technique + video analysis. Extensive competitive training, goal setting, career planning, Introduction to content creation and media management and much more.
All sessions are filmed with high quality cameras. Surfers are able to use the footage on the own social media outlets.
Price is monthly
$260 = 1x session per week (4 total)
$520 = 2x session per week (8 total)

Sessions include filming your surfing and coaching with video analysis. Focussed on surfing fundamentals, technique & biomechanics.
You'll recieve all the footage from the session along with the sessions coaching notes & tips
